NOTICE
Effective December 28, 2022 and until further notice, Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. (V&K) will administer the city's building division on an interim basis. This will include building permits, plan review, inspections, and building code consultation services. The Development Services Department is working to fill its administrative assistant and building official positions. Please allow additional time for filing applications, receiving permits, and scheduling inspections. A minimum 24 hour review period and notice is needed. Applications may be filed at City Hall and V&K may be reached at 515-850-2980 for questions and scheduling. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
